I figured out that part of it was a folder location issue, but I fixed that and it still keeps crashing

comes this error every time or only one times ?

try to disable Bitdefender

what i can see is
12:27:12.474: LoadLibrary failed for '../../obs-plugins/64bit/obs-transitions.dll': %1 is not a valid Win32 application.
-> anything is Wrong with the file its corupted extract the file from the obs installer or reinstall obs
looks like you chage the scene he want to load the dll but the dll corrupt and obs becomes a crash


other things i have found !

-> Update windows

-> when you want to stream with 60 fps use 60hz in the windows Display settings and use a limiter in games

->Check your AMD Drivers
it happens every time, I will make the adjustments you suggested and let you know

Okay I did as you said and copied the files over from a fresh install and it fixed the problem, thank you so much! I don't know how the files got corrupted when all I did recently was Clone my HDD to my new SSD
