Unhandled exception: c0000005 Error while trying to launch obs

Hey,
I am trying to launch obs, but i am getting the Unhandled exception: c0000005 error

I have tried to reinstall OBS, reinstall graphics drivers(First uninstall them with ddu, then install them again) and i have tried to install older drivers to my graphics card. Everything leading to the same result.
I have a 1650Ti mobile graphics processor, an AMD Ryzen 5 4600H cpu.

Does someone know how to fix this?
