Difficult to tell without a log file, but most likely you have the stream resolution set to that which is slightly different than what you are capturing.

Post a log file if possible so it's easier to help

If you could wait more than 30 minutes before bumping your thread that would be excellent.

Do you have a link to a VOD or other recording or a screenshot or something that shows what you're talking about? The Twitch player generally shouldn't show black bars for a 1280x720 stream unless the content in the scene isn't actually 16:9, or unless you collapse the sidebar and chat. In the latter scenario the video player will expand horizontally to fill the empty browser space.

Do local recordings also show the black bars? Is your game also running at 16:9? Have you cropped your primary source or stretched it out of its original aspect ratio?

your black bars are from Twitch video player, It has nothing to do with OBS. the twitch player on a 1080 monitor with the chat open and the laft side panel open is exactly 1280x720 or 720p with a 16:9 aspect ratio, which is the same as your broadcasted video, but because you have the left side panel minimized on your Twitch the player is resized to 1470x826 or about there, which is not a 16:9 aspect ratio, the player is designed to keep the aspect ratio of streams and not stretch them, so those left over pixels are just black.
