Ok so here are my computer specs first
13Gig Ram
i7-4770
gtx-980
and im use a elgato hd60
the issue im having is 1, obs can not maintain 60fps and two when it does it stutters when streaming. I have no issues at all at 30fp both at 1080p when testing and tried many diffrent setting but cant seem to fix this issue. any suggestions
UL speed is also 40.5 mbps
