PC Specs:
Processor: AMD Ryzen 7 2700 Processor
Graphics: GeForce GTX 970(2,but I'm only using 1 so I can do borderless windowed gaming)
Ram: 16GB - G.Skill DDR4 Trident Z Royal Silver 3200Mhz
Motherboard: ASUS Prime X470-Pro
Download: 66 Mbps
Upload: 10 Mbps
I use Streamlabs OBS and I can't seem to make any settings make my stream look like it used to, or at least not stutter every few seconds (I am able to stream Rust and Overwatch w/o stuttering). I know I must have my settings wrong but I swear I've watched tons of videos and tried tons of diff setting setups and none produce a non-stuttering stream :/ I've tried low bitrate, high bitrate, 1080, 720, diff cpu presets, etc. Nothing seems to work.
I just upgraded my PC so i know it can produce a decent stream, especially for a game like CS:GO. Idk how to get a stream log for streamlabs OBS, sorry.
Here's a link to a short test vid I did. You mostly only see the stutters when I'm moving fast.
