Question / Help Trying to stream a game, low FPS/freezing ensues

Hello, I'm brand new to streaming. I recently downloaded OBS to stream the game 'Loadout' on Twitch.

I use a Sager gaming laptop. 8gb RAM, 3 GHz, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 260M. My internet is pretty good and works fine.

The issue I have is when I go to stream Loadout, the stream is really laggy with low FPS. And the stream freezes when I join a match. When I'm not in a match, the stream won't freeze and seems to work fine (minus the low FPS).

A friend linked me to a video and I pretty have the same OBS settings as he does so here they are, please let me know if I should change anything:

...Um ok, figured easily viewable screenshots of the settings would be a lot neater than giant blobs of text, sorry :/ Especially since it was only five screenshots.

Sorry but that isn't a complete log file. You can use the Help > Log Files menu to access your most recent log files and upload them as well.

Why on Earth would you post every single log file instead of just the latest one?

Either way, your CPU is nowhere near good enough to run a game and stream it at 720p30. You will have to downscale a lot, most likely all the way down to 640x360, perhaps even change the x264 CPU preset to superfast depending on how much CPU the game is using. The video card you're using also seems to be overloaded from running the game, as you have a significant number of late frames.

OBS does all scene rendering on the video card, so you will have to make sure your game isn't maxing it out so that OBS has something left to work with.
