Trying to record results in "Couldn't initialize muxer", "os_process_pipe_write for info structure failed"

I'm running Nobara Linux, using the package version of OBS Studio, and when I try to record a video I get an error less than 30 seconds into the recording saying "Couldn't initialize muxer", and it stops recording. Looking at the logs, the specific error given by ffmpeg is "os_process_pipe_write for info structure failed".
I've tried numerous video/audio encoder settings, and tried recording to different directories and drives as I've heard it's a file permission thing, yet I still get the exact same error. Even when recording into my own home directory it still gives me the error that is supposedly about file permissions.

OK it's working now by changing one parameter:
Settings > Audio > Sample rate : from 48 to 44.1Hz
This saved me so much time and stress that I created an account specially to say thanks! Worked for me, too! :-)
(Linux Mint XFCE 22.1 Xia, fresh installation, same problem)

Can confirm, also had same issue. I tried adjusting basically everything but audio, because there wasn't any errors showing up for that. Well, great to have it (mostly) working finally. If it's relevant, I'm using Void Linux X64 with AMD VAAPI hardware acceleration on a RX-7900XTX for the encoder.
