mine is also a html-javascript-css solution but works locally, i have made it look like final fantasy VII remake bomb clock

Just put "a" at the end of the "hh:mm:ss" and increase the width to 350px (with or without space at the front depends how you wanted it to look like)

All formatting seems to be gone as it keeps redirecting to the below link. Did something change? It was working fine until a couple of days ago.

The old link doesn't support formatting anymore, and there is an alternative link (because the Rawgit is shutting down soon as SJP176 says).
To use your formatting with the new link:
1- find ..../clock.html?style=.... in your old link,
2- copy formatting part of your old URL (from ?style= to the end of the link),
3- and paste it at the end of the new link:
