Question / Help This is obnoxious...

Hello... again for the FOURTH TIME. This is really obnoxious!!! Here are my specs before ANYONE asks.

CPU - Intel Core i7-4790K 4.00 Ghz (Desktop CPU)
GPU - Nvidia GeForce GTX 980M 8GB (Laptop GPU)
RAM - 32 GB DDR3
OS - Windows 8.1 Pro
Monitors - Laptop Screen + BenQ Gaming Monitor

As you can see my specs are BEAST right? For OBS that is the OPPOSITE. When I record with OBS, my game runs as smooth as butter. When I look back at the recording, it is as if I was recording at 24-30 fps. (I record at 1080p 60fps) I tried changing everything, in the advanced settings I made crf=15-22. I tried lowering my bitrate (which caused quality downfall) I changed the CPU priority to main and high, i changed it to very fast to ultrafast to all the other ones. I tried uninstalling and re-installing. NOTHING HELPED. Again, this is really obnoxious for I have an Elgato Game Capture HD60 and I COULD use their software, but OBS has been great for the past year and I REALLY want to keep using it. Thanks - Will

I have 2 Logs (for i have reinstalled it) but I have done recordings with them.

I have an HDD and an SSD. What I have for recording is my SSD which is 480GB but only 180GB free. Should I try to use my HDD which has 2TB free?

Nevermind, the same thing happens on my HDD. It stutters. Here is a link to the video. It is smooth sometimes but other times its stutery.

Yes, I know but my recording stutters on 1080p 60fps. With the elgato recording software it doesnt do that.

When I am using the elgato or not, it lags either way. Should I do a test log while using the elgato?

It lags if I use OBS with the elgato or OBS in general. The Elgato Game Capture Software doesn't do this.

Around 13%-15% while recording a black screen. 15%-26% while recooding minecraft

I have Nvidia Nvenc. Also, how do I enable Intel Quick sync for a laptop? I know how to do it for a desktop
