Your video card or driver froze and was reset. Please check for possible hardware / driver issues. This error can also occur if you have enabled opencl in x264 custom settings.

That was after i cleared the appdata folder and started over

its still doing the error !

im really hoping i can get this fixed

Does this only happen when using monitor capture? What about the other captures?

Okay, first thing I want to do is make sure it's not the video drivers or software. If you can, check to see if your video card drivers are up to date. And then make sure windows is also up to date via windows update as much as possible.

Yep GPU is up to date, i believe thats the problem, i wasnt having any problems with OBS until after i updated my GPU and Windows is up to date as well

im thinking of rolling my GPU back to the last Driver

i rolled back my GPU Driver and still getting the texture failed and then updated got it again and then uninstalled OBS and deleted appdata folder and fresh clean install

still getting the error
