Question / Help Text (like credits on tv)

Is there a way to get text from a file to scroll from bottom and up (like outro credits on tv/movies?)

I want, on the end of my stream grab the "session followers.txt" document and post it on screen like a outro.
I know that i can have scrolling text from rigt to left but i want it down to up insted :)

There are some plugins that add functionality to OBS beyond it's scope like the one below. Ideally if you try and contact someone, maybe they can design one that inputs from a text file what you are looking to do.
