see my volume is quiet but it sound slike ist 60 or 100% with different mp3s.
perhaps i have error in reasoning. dont think is your tool, think is a strange thing going on in flash perhaps.

other programs sounds good with my settings. but i take legal advice too :) hope i dont jar on your nerves

With my system volume at 25% I can play the mp3 at volume 8 in TeeBoard. My guess is your system volume is just too loud.
Do you happen to use a headset with a separate volume control?

I added your mp3 to the Spectrum Widget and added it in OBS, here's the recording.

Note that via the windows volume mixer you can lower the individual volume of OBS even further if needed as shown in the middle of the vod.

yeah, that's unfortunate. Twitch just implemented this new audio mute thing right after I created the VOD. I could upload it to YouTube, but will probably get flagged there as well.

My system volume is at 25%. If you're comfortable with 50% and it works fine for your stream (game audio, etc..) you can lower the individual volume of OBS in the system volume mixer. To clarify, even though the volume value is set in TeeBoard, it is not TeeBoard producing the audio, it is the Spectrum Widget in OBS, so it is affected by volume in the system volume mixer. Hope that makes sense.

and really big thanks for your great support ...

i am testing around ... :) .... but if i lower OBS Volume it seems to lower the OBS Output Volume too ... thats the problem. it does not only change my volume that i hear.

so i do some test and let you know if you want :)

great work - great support

I don't think that's the case. It will lower the volume that you hear that is coming from OBS (the Spectrum Widget), not the overall total volume (game + mic + etc..) that is sent out to the stream by OBS.

I assume you're still working on Hitbox support, pending a working API. How is that coming along?

if i turn down OBS System Volume its turns down the volume that goes out ...

The hitbox API is pretty much non existent atm. There's very little to work with. AFAIK, you can't even change the channel title. There's no chat API, there's only an unofficial IRC implementation, which is unreliable and probably can't handle decent traffic, etc, etc..

Here's a bug and a 2-part question!

1. When enabling Donation notifications through Imraising, using an uppercase Username, I kept getting the HTTP request error until I used lowercase.

2. Is it possible to have an animated picture along with the Tweening? If yes, what file types would be compatible?

I'll see if I can force it to lowercase then for ImRaising. Thanks for mentioning it.

If you're referring to the html/javascript notifications you can do whatever you want. Chromium and thus CLR Browser doesn't support apng (animated png's), other than that, the world is your oyster.

That's just Twitch being Twitch, meaning their IRC server is fucked up. Best to report it to Twitch.

Sometimes connecting to a different IP fixes it. You can get a list of IP's here: http://twitchstatus.com/

My OBS is crashing every time I try to add the teeboard chat widget in the CLR browser. I am using 64 bit OBS and 64 bit CLR browser. Can anyone help me?

Edit: Nevermind. Switched to 32 bit OBS/CLR and it's working.

I can't seem to get the chat to display in OBS. It connects to my channel and shows up fine in the TeeBoard preview. But after I add the CLR Browser Global Source and select the HTML file in OBS, nothing shows up in my stream. The TeeBoard preview continues to work.

Already tried that Flash Player earlier. I finally found a solution from a Google search on the CLR plugin. I had to set SingleProcess to True in the OBS settings. Little frustrating to find the info, but at least it worked.

Swf files and scrollbar text don't work on Windows 8.1

Hello guys, my english isn't so good ://
I'm having trouble with OBS 32 and 64 bits on windows 8.1.

No, my problem doesn't disappear when I run in administrator mode :((
When I was using windows 7, had set up some things with the Teeboard ((https://obsproject.com/forum/resources/teeboard.45/)), to my surprise, some swf files were not executed!
When I open the html file in chrome and internet explore, work perfectly.
Same thing in teeboard just does not work in OBS:
