Hey there!
I have this really odd issue, where the higher FPS my canvas is, the more stuttery my entire system becomes. It will sometimes even blue screen if I leave it for long enough.
This happens with a fresh install of OBS, no plugins, all settings cleared, completely empty scene.
It does not matter if I'm streaming, recording, outputting in any way. Just having OBS open causes the issue.
Monitoring resources on my PC shows low usage across the board, whether it be CPU, GPU, or even drive activity. Usage remains low, but it's visually clear the PC is stuttering.
It appears to happen only with versions of OBS beyond 26.0.0, the versions I've tested were:
OBS Studio 24.0.3
OBS Studio 25.0.8
OBS Studio 26.0-rc1
OBS Studio 26.0-rc3
OBS Studio 26.0.2
OBS Studio 26.1.1
24.0.3 and 25.0.8 seem to function as expected.
