Question / Help Stuttering Issues streaming 30/60 FPS

Now Im really getting trolled by OBS. When I open up to add a "window capture" mode World of wArcraft doesnt have the [explorer] tag in front of it but when I try to add a game capture source of wow the explorer tag is there :P.
 
Still stuttering after some testing for a while. Steady FPS ingame but seems to happening while im more "weathery" situations like rain and such or when I turn around my character.

Finally got it to work. I totally missed out on trying starting OBS as admin and poff! There WoW was a game not as explorer. Downscaled to 2.00 from 1080 to 960x540. with Best detail filter 36 samples and 60 FPS. Works like a charm. It seems like 720 was too much for my machine.

Thanks for your help. Ill be doing more testing tomorrow.
