Stuck on stopping recording only when I add my webcam to OBS

I've been streaming and recording for years, I've never ran into a problem like this. I've completely reinstalled OBS and wiped everything and it still won't work.
when I record without any video capture device it doesn't get stuck on stopping recording. as soon as I add my webcam it gets stuck. does anyone know why this is happening? anyone know a fix? I'll attach all logs in order. (latest ones are from testing after complete reinstall)

It is an issue with Logitune, they are working on a fix. For now you can either uninstall their software or swap your recording format in OBS to Hybrid MP4.

switching to hybrid has worked! thank you again for your help, I was trying for 6 hours before coming here lmao. so again, thank you and i appreciate your help!
