OBS was unable to place part of the sound to the audio buffer, because no free RAM space left. OS manages RAM allocations, so almost nothing you can do about it. At least, you can monitor overall RAM consumption with the Task Manager and run OBS as admin (to get some advantage during memory allocation). The error itself "Unhandled exception: e" is the "ERROR_OUTOFMEMORY" or "Not enough memory resources are available to complete this operation."
