Bug Report Streaming server/Stream Key NOT found (?) [Picarto.TV]

Once i try to start my stream, Open Broadcaster crashes and says that the Streaming Server and/or Stream Key has not been found.
At first time i thought it could be my internet connection but i tried on changing to different wire but nothing changed, then i thought it could be the page but no one seemed to have this same issue, i've tried uninstalling and re-installing the program several times now, do and re-do every single step of configuration and customization i needes but it still the same!
Please, i need help!!

If you are using Picarto, You need to go to the Dashboard. At the bottom of the HOME section, there will be the Streaming server link. Below that there is a choice between "Show key" and "hide key" you will then need to select show ke and the stream key will appear.

I did every steep (and yes, i checked that several times) but it doesn't work.
I've made streaming on Picarto for about more than a year now and since the last update i've been having this issue.

I had to post this on two part because of the character limit

Have you tried using a wired connection? Wireless is not reliable for streaming.

"Wireless is not reliable for streaming."

This is an outright lie and IMHO you should be removed from staff for such. Wireless has been more than reliable for over five years (In fact, well before you made this post,) since wireless speeds typically exceed actual ISP speeds, even today (Wireless G at 54 mbit beats the current USA average of 30 mbit, and then we've got N/AC/newer protocols coming out.) In fact, I'm testing it RIGHT NOW. I get more lag over a wired connection to Picarto (5 seconds starting and rapidly rising) using your software versus a custom re-built version (that removes half your cruddy bloat and forces using a wireless adapter, and it REMAINS at under 2 seconds latency.)

The main problem with wireless is that you are not in control of the media. While the air may be clear when you download a file at 20mbps for 2 minutes, streaming requires a constant flow of data. If your neighbor decides to watch Netflix then all of a sudden your connection is dropping packets and re-transmitting and before you know if you're dropping frames. You may think you picked a "clean" wireless channel, "no one in my neighborhood is using it"... but 802.11 isn't the only source of RF, you have cordless phones, baby monitors, poorly shielded microwave ovens, wireless peripherals, bluetooth, doorbells and a host of other devices competing in the same frequencies.

Wireless can be and often is fast, but because ultimately the connection is out of your control, its not recommended for streaming since it adds an intermittent and hard to pinpoint source of problems when interference comes up. Also since you brought it up, 802.11g 54mbps is only a signalling rate, the data rate will rarely exceed 20mbps. While N / AC are better, they require more channel bandwidth which opens you up to more interference.
