Question / Help Streaming on Twitch with Elgato and xBoxOne ! Lags all the time

Hello, im trying to stream Destiny/Fifa 15 from my Xbox One with Elgato and OBS. Someone have any experience how to configurate one or both ot them? Is it necessary to configurate something on the xbox ?

Fifa 15 Demo on my Stream its catastrophic, all of the time i stream fifa it looks like streaming with 15 or lower fps.

I try some settings from the internet, but i have still some ..hmm i call him "microlags" and it dont work "smoothie"

I want my stream quality to look like 720p and "Smoothie" :)

Diablo 3 with OBS on my PC works perfect, its only with the elgato and the xboxone.

8 RAM DDR 3

300 GB SSD

ASUS GTX 770 OC

Internet:
50 Mbit down / 9 Mbit up (3,4 Mbit real on testmynet)

It seems like the xbox is using an interlaced signal, and the deinterlacing is causing that ghosting. I don't see much of a problem otherwise.

do you have any idea how can i fix it ? at the moment i stream with my xbox and the twitch app, but i cant use the features that OBS can provide...but first let me say thx for u efforts.

Change the xbox to a non-interlaced resolution.

I know this post is ages old, but my xbox seems to stutter a ton as well. I'm running my Xbox at 720p, so it's not an interlacing problem :/ Please help :)
