Question / Help Streaming LoL on Asus R704A

Hi guys,
I try to stream League of Legends and Hearthstone on Twitch with my Asus R704A and read already that there are several issues with laptops. I am gonna be honest, I am a total scrub with computers and it is my first time trying to stream and I was trying to figure this out for almost 4 hours already, but unfortunately I could not make it work yet.
I have the common issue that League is not capturing and same goes for Hearthstone. Sometimes Hearthstone works and is super laggy, but nothing near to be streamable.
Can someone give me a step by step advice?

Sorry to bother you guys. Looking forward for your responses!

EDIT:
Thank u for the fast response, hope this is what u asked for. :)

EDIT2:
Hearthstone is actually kind of working for me wit the game capture feature. I changed the options a lot and it became better and better, although it is still quite laggy ...
But League of not working at all. Have that black screen like a lot of others do.

The CPU on that system is far too weak to stream at 720p and 60 FPS. Go to Settings > Video, set the resolution downscale to 2.00 (640x360) and the frame rate to 30 and see if that helps. If performance is still poor you may also need to go to Settings > Advanced and change the preset to Superfast or Ultrafast.

Thanks a lot! It helped with Hearthstone, but still have the black screen on League of Legends. What do I need to do to fix it?

League of Legends consists of two separate programs, the launcher/lobby and the game itself, so you'll need to capture them both. You can either set up two sources (one for each program) or you can run the game in borderless windowed mode and use a single monitor capture source to grab everything on your screen.

Unfortunately I get the black screen with both methods. Wether I use the Game Capture feature or stream the whole monitor. Btw, my ping goes up to 240+ when I tried the Monitor Capture with League.
