So I cant figure out what's going wrong. It keeps saying I have a wrong server, but I've tried Amsterdam, Frankfurt, London and even Chicago. I've tried multiple settings, 1080p with 3500 bitrate, 720p with 1800 bitrate, 1080p downscaled to 720p with 1800 bitrate.

Also, in obs, generally the little square in the bottom right is Green, but once in a while it will go to Red, the kb/s droppes to 0, and it dropped ~60 frames. Sometimes this is abit longer and then the stream disconnects.

Hope you guys can give me some pointers.

Oh yea, there is no log on my Modem indicating anything went wrong. I also have my ports forwarded and the pc is set as DMZ.
I'm not routing it through my router right now, only through a hub, but it happens with direct plug to the modem just as well.
If I think of more things Ill post them back as well :P

Well, that RTMP error 10053 from the logs indicates that it is some software on your PC that is closing the connection. I'd go through and see if you have anything installed that might possibly be affecting your network connection in some way. It also seems like since your connection seems a bit unstable in general (according to the various lines in your log like
00:25:38: RTMPPublisher::SocketLoop: Stalled for 2257 ms to write 244720 bytes (buffer: 0 / 246784), unstable connection?) that it might be an issue with your ISP unfortunately, which usually means there's not going to be a ton you can do.

So yeah, if you've gone through everything in that thread and nothing seems to be working, there's not really many other options other than bugging your ISP. Does this happen when trying to stream to, say, hitbox for instance as well?

And as I said, it happens on this pc, which is a fresh install, and also on my laptop and server. So I doubt its a software problem tbh...

Yeah, definitely seems like it's a general connection issue...

I wish you luck on your quest to slay the ISP dragon.

Ok so they're probably going to send me a newer and better modem - should fix it. I'll post back in a few days.

So, I've been through everything with my ISP. And I actually did manage to get some kind of problem resolved. If I tried to upload to an public ftp, my upload would only hit 500kb/s max, its now hitting 10mb+ max. Problem is, issue is still not resolved. Anyone has any other things I could try? Maybe some settings or whatnot?

The quality numbers say you should be able to, but if that was the short test, you might need to re-take with a longer test.

Yeah, it's probably internet provider related. RTT is largely irrelevant.

Those quality numbers indicate problems.

Strange thing is, everything works fine at my girlfriend's, with the same provider and all... Could this be because I cannot change the firewall settings on my modem? (I can port forwards but thats about it)
