Alright i've been streaming cs:go recently with settings as shown below.... and when i move around i get alot of blurry pixelated look on the stream, so i up my bitrate from 1500 to 2000 or 2500 and then when im ingame the game literally just runs horrible, constantly stuttering when looking left and right, this is wierd because my upload is 6.....so i should be able to half that correct without any issues? so i should be alright with 3000 but i get the lag at 2000-2500?
my pc specs are completely fine to be streaming at these settings to
