Oy, I just built a new PC and wanted to start sreaming. I know it's low but, my upload is averaged at around 3Mbps.I have uploaded my current settings as photo attachments. I have no idea what half of the settings mean but, as of now. My stream has that bitrate pixelation thing going on and dropping frames. Any suggestions other than get better internet?

You're using a strange resolution. 1080x720 isn't a useful resolution. Your monitor is 1920x1080, so I recommend setting your base resolution to that and downscale to 720p.
Change your audio codec back to AAC. Don't use MP3.
Re-enable CBR and CFR. Set your bit rate to 2500kbps.
Change your x264 preset back to veryfast, test with it, and if you can afford to lower to faster or fast, then do that later.

It's a bit better quality but, it's jumping around a lot frames-wise. Is streaming on this connection just not an option with decent quality?
