Question / Help Stream won't work with Quick Sync codec

The problem is when i running stream( in obs) bitrate is going up,video fine, audio fine, looks like stream is working, but site(twitch.tv/cybergame) says stream still offine and won't work. Codec x264 works fine. Can someone give me answer what problem is this?
Already did reset stream key.
Reinstall windows/video drivers/intel media sdk/obs

Seems like you need to stream for longer than 10 seconds. Twitch for example has a 20-30 second delay and will take it a bit to come online. It looks like you might have just been too impatient, so try leaving the stream on for e.g. 5 minutes and see if you get any better results.
