Question / Help Stream video stays frozen, audio is fine.

My stream stays frozen but my audio is fine, only happens when I play osu! (I tried windowed borderless and fullscreen; both didn't work). However, when I look at my stream, and dont have osu! open, it works fine.

Thanks. (Also I have no idea where the log files are.)

Edit: Got the logs. Also I left OBS open for a very long time after doing the tests, hope that wont be a problem.

If I change my native resoultion to 720p, the stream doesnt show my full screen, and if I change the native to 1080p and downscale to 720p, it still stays frozen.
