Stream starts dropping in Quality after a while.

So I started streaming a couple weeks ago but I can't seem to get rid of the errors/problems I am having with OBS currently.
In the beginning of the stream everything seems to be fine, but as time goes on it looks like the quality and "lag" starts to appear.
I think this is because my internet is not good enough? but I thought I had pretty decent internet.

My Computer specs:

• Windows 10 Home 64-bit
• Intel Core i7 7700K @ 4.20GHz Kaby Lake 14nm Technology
• Ram 16,0GB @2600
• Gigabyte Technology Co. Ltd. B150-HD3P-CF (U3E1)
• NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB (Gigabyte)
• ZOWIE XL LCD (1920x1080@144Hz)
• SyncMaster (1920x1080@60Hz)

My Internet specs:

• Download: 281.43 Mbps
• Upload: 18.30 Mbps

My main monitor is a 144hz Monitor, I keep OBS on this monitor because else I would have massive lag because my second monitor is 60hz. But I do have my twitch dashboard open on my second monitor.. Could that be an issue? I don't think it would be right?

I've added some logs.
2021-01-02 19-53-20.txt is the most recent one, I was playing rust.
