I wanna stream. I start stream with OBS and stream stops at 1 second, dont wanna go longer. What should i do?

You're trying to stream at 1080p60 with a dual core CPU and a GT 630 GPU. That is a bad CPU and a bad GPU. You're going to need to lower your settings quite a lot:

* Downscale to 480p or 360p
* Lower FPS to 30
* Change x264 preset to ultrafast

Then try again.

It helped a lil bit, now stream stops and 1 min 9 sec, and I got black borders :f
