Stream looks blurry and pixelated

Hello everyone,

I have been trying to stream my game play (to Twitch) using both x264 and Nvidia NVENC. But the stream always looks blurry and pixelated as soon as I start moving. The texture looks extremely bad and when I do fast movement it will become almost unwatchable. I've tried to find answer on other threads but none of it help me. I've seen many non-affiliate streamer can stream the same game as me with much better quality and their specs are the same, if not worse, than me. So I think I might have mess up some settings somewhere that you guys can help me figure it out...

My specs:
CPU: Ryzen 5 3600
GPU: RTX 2060 KO
RAM: 16GB

Quality is pretty good for 900p60 6Mbps. This is the max that 6mbps can do

Oh it is? It looks really good when I'm standing still or do small movement, but when I flick the camera around all the textures started to get really bad. Thank you then ^^

you can test 720p60 at 6Mbps
900p60 is good from 8Mbps

1080p60 need 12Mbps for decent quality
