Question / Help Stream lagging out

Hey guys.

I'm attempting to use OBS to stream Fallout New Vegas. My problem here is that when I'm in any sort of interface, or menu the game runs fine, lots of FPS and such. Yet when I go back into the open world, the 3d world, the stream starts lagging like crazy with about 0.1 fps. I've tried running the game in windowed, borderless windowed, nothing seemed to change the fact that the game is lagging like hell while walking around. Note: My game itself is running 60 fps. The stream is lagging. Not my PC.

Here is an example stream: http://www.twitch.tv/thecutkiller/b/542575383 (The first gameplay starts at 2:00) I occasionaly exit the game to change settings.
As you can see the lag is only when I'm in the actual game, not in stuff like my pipboy or vats.

Anybody got a clue on what causes this issue?

Thanks.

Regards, Azenedrus.

It's fixed. For anyone else having trouble with this issue, go to the %appdata%\obs and find the .ini file associated with your settings etc. Delete that. Then set it up all over again. This fixed it for me.
