Hello when i stream league of legends,my stream laggs a bit like 5-6 secs in some moments.How i can fix this?

Your log indicates that OBS is performing just fine. The issue is with Twitch sending you back your own stream. If you're getting buffering from Twitch, that means you can't download the stream from Twitch fast enough. Note that this is not a problem for everyone who watches your stream, just for people who don't have a great connection to Twitch. You can try streaming to a different server, or try lowering your bit rate to see if that helps at all.
