Question / Help Stream lagg

Hello guys , its my 2nd time posting a problem like this i couldnt solve it , im having stream lag like it works for like 6-7 sec , then it freeze for the same amont of time if not even more , can somone help?

my pc setup :
cpu : i7 - 4770 3.4Ghz
Ram : 8GB Kingston
Graphic Card : Nvidia GT 630 - 2GB
using a monitor 17 " ( 1280x1024)
And my Inet connection : 50Mbps ( 25 download / 25 upload )


i have seen some people here in my country ( kosova ) , they dont have that good of pc but theyre stream works fine..

Can somone tell me good settings for my pc?

hmm, the log is fine, no dropped frames and only a small amount of late/duplicate ones.
So its probably just twitch having problems as always. You could lower your bitrate and see if it stops buffering at some point, they recommend to use around 2000kbit. Or you try another service, for example hitbox.tv and see if you have the same lag there.

Well, as mentioned, if you drop no frames and your stream is fine on hitbox, you can not fix it on your side as its a twitch problem. They themselves recommend 2000kbit for around 720p streams and to lower your res if you want a better quality.
From the OBS side of things, everything is fine, thats why it runs smooth on hitbox. So either ask twitch to upgrade their service or use hitbox :/
