Question / Help Stream freeze while playing CS:GO...

Hello people,so recently I got my new internet which has great upload speed for streaming . So my settings are 720p,30fps,1800kbps,I'm from EU so I chose Frankfurt as my closest server. So I first tried to stream just,my monitor(desktop) while I browse reddit etc... and it was good,no lags,no freeze. And then I decided to stream CS:GO,and I don't have any problems while I'm in main menu,and while I'm chosing what to do. My problem starts when I start to load map,map loads and then,my stream freezes(WebCam+Game),but sound goes on without any problems. Does anyone of you guys had similar problem and thanks in advice if someone knows how to fix this :)
 
Well...hope you don't use "Monitor Capture" for a game because it's pretty bad ! Use "Game Capture" instead for CS:GO.
To choose a good server, if you're on Twitch, there's a good tool for that.
If there's still problem after this change, please post us your log file
