Hi!

I've been trying to stream for a while now and I just can't get it to work properly.

Every X seconds the stream starts "buffering" with the spinning icon on twitch.

I have 100mbit Download and 10mbit upload with 5ms latency.

I have GTX 680 graphics card and an i7 4770k processor and 16gb of ram.

I have tried lower my bitrate from 3500 to 2500 with no difference. What can be the issue?

Why is my stream lagging in this way for all viewers, not just one or two but all.

Buffering means that a viewer can't get data from Twitch as fast as it's being streamed. It's unique for every viewer, so just because you or some viewers get buffering doesn't mean everyone will. There's not really anything for you to do other than lower your bitrate, as it's not really an issue with your stream.

This also assumes you aren't dropping frames, which is a different issue. You should post your log - https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/problem-make-sure-to-post-a-log-and-or-crash-dump-howto.97/

Yep, max recommended bitrate is 2000 for non-partnered streams. Lower is better, and will help reduce the number of people who go into buffering-hell. But as Sapiens noted, to help further we'd need to see an actual logfile.
