Question / Help Stream Blurry + Webcam Blurry while moving!

Hello guys,

After a long period of time I will now write an Post here.


I am struggeling a long time with bad Quality in my Stream - but I dont know why..

My Setup:

Ryzen 7 2700x
MSI B450 Gaming Plus
16GB DDR4 Ram
GTX1070

I use a Dual PC Setup for Streaming with an Elgato HD60S.
My Webcam is a C922 from Logitech with 1080p used in Stream.

So, I stream Fortnite and everytime when I move even if its just a bit the Stream gets a bit Blurry specially when I move much more the Webcam is completely blurred and the Game looks crap too - In OBS Studio looks everything veeeery sharp and smooth. But on Twitch its not a good quality, just when I dont move.

I use 6000Bitrate
x264
Medium
1080p60
Keyframe = 2
Profil = high

Lanczos Filter.

I hope someone could help me cause its not Possible that I get this bad Quality with a Streaming PC like this!

1080p@60FPS requires a lot more than 6000kbps to guarantee good image quality and clarity during high motion scenes.

Ok, so what do you prefer for an Affiliate which wants very good quality in high motion games?
