Question / Help Stream blurrs out when moving.

Hello everyone.

I have a problem. When im streaming, the stream blurrs out when i move. I can give you all the info about my computer and settings if you answer under here.

Would be a big help to find out what i do wrong.

This means that you haven't allocated a high enough bitrate for the resolution you're trying to stream at. Either downscale your stream resolution, increase your bitrate, or both. Some content like the grass in ArmA/DayZ/Rust/FFXIV will pretty much always look bad at the bitrates used for live streaming, so if that's what you're trying to fix then don't worry about it.
 
i got a 40/40 connection. 3500 max and 3500 buffer. Downscaled it to 1280x720. But it still does it. Its in WoW btw.
