Hello!

I've been trying to fix this for days now.

When i use OBS to record (or stream) it's get really laggy. When i have it in preview everything works smoothly
but when i try to record it or send it out to twitch my video will lag every 2 seconds, but the audio is normal. I don't know how to fix this, people told me to lower the kbits but i doesn't help.

This is a link to a screenshot of the speedtest results: http://gyazo.com/9cae3fb75a868a274591b4e1feb654cf

and this are the specs of my desktop:

- AMD FM2 A4-5300 dual core 3,4 GHz
- MSI FM2-A78M-E35
- 4GB DDR3 workspace
- 1000 GB Sata III Harddrive
- AMD Radeon HD 7480D 1GB

Can someone please help me!!

You need to post a link to the log file here so we can look at it.

Edit: Ah I see, you edited your original post. Nevermind.

Unfortunately your PC isn't powerful enough for streaming/recording at the settings you're trying to use. You'll need to go to Settings > Video and change the Resolution Downscale option to something much lower, maybe start with 2.00 (720x450) or 2.50 (576x360) and see how things go. You may also need to change the preset option under Settings > Advanced to superfast or ultrafast.

You have enough upstream bandwidth to make them look good (or at least as good as they're going to look at a lower resolution like that), no need to limit yourself to 900 Kbps. Something ~1500 should help.
