Hello,
So I recently have been trying to use a stinger transition. I am using a little video (Webm format) for the cutscene however whenever I use it, my upload bitrate drops to zero and doesn't recover. OBS Studio doesn't crash but it just stops uploading the stream all together. I have been searching for weeks for an answer, but I cant find anything similar to this. Any help would be very much appreciated!
