Question / Help starting the output failed - already done fixes from some other threads

Hello, I'm new to OBS and in setting it up i watched several tutorials. When trying to start streaming i get the error "Starting the output failed. Please check the log for details" "Note. If you are using NVEC or AMD encoders, make sure your video drivers are up to date."

I have ensured my drivers are up to date as of last night. I have been searching threads looking for a solution to the problem but i think my lack of OBS knowledge may be inhibiting me from seeing what to do.

Your GPU does not support NVENC, select a different encoder.
