Speech to text in obs?

hi there, i know that in twitch cellphone you can press a button and send your voice via google speech, then the phone just send it to the chat as a text, can i do the same in obs with a plugin or something? like pressing a button, talking n the mic and then it gets send to chat¿??, that would be asome for something i want to do.
