Bug Report [SOLVED] Crash when enabling the vst plugin "Failed to find locale / en-US.ini"

Crash when enabling the vst plugin.
After the crash, the message "Failed to find locale / en-US.ini" appears.
OBS can not be open unless the scene file is deleted or restored.

Do you know how to improve?

What VST plugin? Some just don't work for me in OBS.

I tried several kinds of effect plug-ins.
All crashed so I stopped the test.
