Free SogeBot - Twitch Bot 14.14.1

Hiya, I've been trying to use this bot, both on Windows and on my Linux server and having two different issues. For Windows, it doesn't launch. I tried everything I can think of, but since I cannot seem to find detailed installation instructions I cannot figure out the issue. For Linux (Ubuntu), it doesn't stay running. I've been trying to figure out what may be causing it, and it seems to be because I have no subs (not affiliate or partner) and it stops right after it displays the warning.
