My sound while streaming constantly lowers quality, skips, and cuts out entirely ONLY while running obs

Could you post a log of this? Is this the sound on the stream, or the sound you yourself hear? If it's on the stream only I probably know what it is, set "scene buffering time" in advanced to at least 700. However if it's the actual audio you yourself hear, then that's definitely not directly OBS' fault, and is usually indicative of hardware-related issues, I'd like to see a log file in that situation if possible.

How do i post a log?
and im not saying its OBS' fault, but it ONLY HAPPENS when i use OBS to stream. my sound kind of warps almost like a warped record and sometimes makes a skipping noise and then will entirely cut out for a few seconds

Try lowering your webcam resolution. having your webcam resolution at 1080p can saturate your USB connection and cause audio stuttering in some cases.

Hi Colin. I'm having the same warping sound issue as you. did you ever get yours fixed?
