Well I just bout a LGP Lite today and i tried to use OBS both Screen Region and direct capture. When i tried the stream either started skipping or it would just go in slow motion. Any advice?

So instead of installing AVerMedia's Stream Engine software and adding that directly as a video capture device, you're...trying to use a game capture source on XSplit?

Nah i added the stream engine did the direct capture but when i did it either started skipping frames or just did some slow motion type stuff

You might have to restart your computer to get it showing. Also, it will only work with the 32bit version of OBS (though it seems like you are using the 32bit version of OBS)

So i have to download the 32bit version? Where? I dont see any options to download the 32bit version

You already have both the 32-bit and 64-bit versions. A shortcut to the 32-bit version is created on your desktop, and there are shortcuts to both in your Start Menu. 32-bit is installed to C:\Program Files (x86)\OBS and 64-bit is installed to C:\Program Files\OBS.

Did you open the avermedia stream engine software and check the box for direct show support? You need to do that, in order to get it working properly.

So if you add a device in OBS, the stream engine still does not show up there? Do you have the latest version of the stream engine? I'm definitely confused, you're using the 32bit version, the device should show up in the list.

Please stop trying to use monitor capture in Windows 7 to get an already supported capture device's video into OBS. Posting logs of setting things up incorrectly after people have explained the proper way to do it isn't going to accomplish anything. Does the LGP work properly in AVerMedia's own software? Have you tried connecting it to a different USB port? Are you connecting it directly to your PC or through a hub?

Also, don't make a duplicate thread when you already have one open about your issue. I've merged your new thread into the old one.
