Some problems with anrdoid 14 and the siilicam app

With newest android 14 the siilicam app doesn't work currently, and only starts working when you turn on Wireless Debugging, I'm investigating why this happens and will fix it shortly

Finally SiiliCam works on android 14

In android 14 we got update in the year 2023 in November that made the MDNS in NDI SDK 5 version not work unless you had put wireless debugging on at some point after you boot your phone. But now they released version 6, which fixed this problem for the android 14 and the rollout is done in the play store so go ahead and download the new version. I updated the newest version on the obs plugin as well to use the NDI SDK 6 but it won't probably change much.

Discovery server support

Discovery server is now supported. The configuration file is at %AppData%/obs-studio\plugin_config\SiiliCam-obs/ndi-config.v1.json . The IP address is by default 127.0.0.1 meaning it assumes the discovery service is running locally.
