I have done some google searching with my processor and the only threads I have found were some local recording. I currently wish to try and stream to Twitch. My questions are as follows.
I currently would love to obviously have a 720p stream set up. 30 FPS is fine. The processor I currently has is the I5-4690k 3.5ghz with a 960 nvidia card. My upload speed is near 15MBs so I know I can handle a decent amount. The issue that I am running into is that even if I have my bitrate at 1000 I get some major game lag plus the stream quality is god awful. Is there a settings issue I am over looking or am I simply just not equipped to stream more intense games like R6Siege, Path of Exile etc etc.
