Question / Help Settings for CS:GO Streaming

I need some help with setup settings for CS:GO Streaming,

My specs:

i7 - 2600 CPU @3.40GHz 3.70GHz.
8GB Ram.
64bit.
Geforce GTX 550 Ti.

Tell me what settings will do the job, when i'm trying to stream i'd laggs and fps drops.
I need the best settings for my pc and for the best quality that i can get from my pc.

Try 720p @ 30 fps.

I got less fps drops and laggs.
Do you know maybe about ports that i need to open or something like that?
Sry for some logs in my language ( Hebrew )
