Question / Help Same exact settings now suddenly causing problems?

So I've been using GPU (have Nvidia GTX950 card) as Encoder, mostly default settings with 4000 bitrate... I made a new test profile, to try out different settings (10k bitrate and a few other changes), but now BOTH settings have the "one frame recording then freeze" error... I can maybe understand why the new one would have problems, but why would that affect the old one to being "unusable" when no settings were changed on that?

Here are my OLD settings I was talking about that never had a problem before until I tried messing with new ones on a completely new profile: https://gist.github.com/5ce91ba48335ba069b5ea73daca26100

The only thing I can think of is excessive bitrate, but 4000 ALWAYS worked before for the past month since I got this new computer, plus I even took it down to 1000 bitrate and got the same error issues... I just feel like there's something majorly wrong somewhere that's screwing it all up.

Alright well I -may- have been able to narrow it down to a specific problem..
1- The files on new/old settings will play in Quicktime
2- However, when put into Sony Vegas Pro, they get the one second then freeze / "green video preview" problems
3- Handbraking the videos will make them "corrupted" and not able to open into SVP
4- Old videos already recorded still open 100% fine in SVP as well.

Are the videos somehow recording as automatically corrupted now? How would I go about fixing that, any ideas? Or, is it a different problem and I'm still missing it?

Please post a log that contains your current settings and a streaming/recording attempt - https://obsproject.com/forum/threads/problem-make-sure-to-post-a-log-and-or-crash-dump-howto.97/

The log file in my first post are the settings I use / used. I do have another profile but I've never used it.

I want to see a log file using your current settings and having a performance problem so I can identify what's going wrong. An old log where everything works great (even if the settings are the same) isn't useful for that purpose.

No I know, the post above this one should be one with the problem. I did a preview stream for 40 seconds today (on the settings) and uploaded that log... Or so I thought? Is the log on my previous response not the proper one?

I don't see any obvious issues in the log.

Does the OBS preview window freeze as well?

What are you trying to window capture? It must be running in a window or borderless mode, window capture won't work on fullscreen programs.

Does the same thing happen if you use game capture instead?

Does the same thing happen if you use OBS Studio?

Preview Window does not freeze
Trying to capture 3DS Capture Device software. Worked before with it fullscreen (it's goes fullscreen with toolbar box still at bottom and a thin "file/edit" type bar on top)

I haven't tried using OBS Studio or Game Capture yet, I'll try those out.

Game Capture wouldn't load the software, was just a black screen... No idea why.
I did a webcam-only test in Studio, and it loaded into SVP no problem under the NVENC...
Am I SOL out of Classic then? I'm not seeing any ways to import Scenes/Profiles (although Scenes more the more/most important) into Studio... The fact that the project and the way I edit it are both on precise placements, it's gonna suck trying to replicate that lol.
