Hi,

I need your help, because since few weeks i don't find solution to record Project CARS in my Oculus DK2 Helmet. Before all worked fine, but i think since the last Project Cars update v 4.X.XX something changed and now i only have the sound of the game, but black screen when i record or preview the game capture.

Some have a solution or same problem as me ?

Regards

What ?

I think i don't understand what do you mean. I know video capture is missing, it's my problem :)

I only have the sound and black screen when i record DK2 session... Before all work fine but since the last patch of Project Cars it's impossible for me to record video in my DK2 helmet.

So i search any solution to help me ;)

Sorry for my rough English, i m French ;)

Have you tried enabling the anti-cheat compatibility hook on the game capture?

Is the game showing up in a local recording at all?

Running SLI is not recommended with the original OBS. try OBS Multiplatform and see if there is a difference. there is a multiadapter in the game capture properties that can be checked. https://obsproject.com/

If that doesn't work, disable SLI ans see if that works.

Lastly, you need to set key frame interval to a non o number. recommended is set it to 2.

SLI always work before, but i disable it and same problem.

I tried OBS Multi and always black screen with sound of game. (multiadapter selected)

I changed key frame interval at 2 and no change.

I will be crazy ! :(

I tried to record other game and app like steam, skype, word, excel with game capture mode, anything ! Always black screen capture and preview...

i uninstall OBS and reinstall... Impossible to record or preview any apps.

ps: I tried to record Desk DK2 demo of Oculus runtime. In "game capture mode" it's black screen and with "window capture mode" i see mirror display of the DK2. it's strange !!!

So, i found the solution !

i was with 358.50-desktop-win8-win7-winvista-64bit-international-whql Nvidia drivers ! and problem has been resolved with downgrade drivers to 356.04_geforce_win8_winvista_win7_64bit_international !!

Now all work fine and i can to record again video from my headset oculus DK2 !!

I hope to help the community with my problem and my solution ;)
