I play games on 1920x1080 resolution and want to rescale the stream to 1280x720 and it looks very low resolution. I am on 3000 bitrate, x264 with no internet issues and I can't seem to understand what the issue is.
What do you expect? 1280x720 is only like 45% of the size of 1920x1080. With 3000 bitrate you should not go above 720p@60fps. You can try 720p/30fps tho. This will better the pixelation for sure.
And please post a log file of your last stream so we can have a look to your settings. We don't know your PC specs neither your OBS settings.
