Question / Help Resolution and Framerate Problems on Nice Machine?

I've been streaming a good bit of Dark Souls II, but I have a problem. I can't get higher than 30fps, and have a little lag with no resolution downscaling. Even then, with 1600x900 resolution, it looks like absolute ass. I don't know why, that is why I am asking for help.

Specs that matter:
AMD 6800 Series
12 Gbs of Ram
AMD 4800 Quad-Core Processor

Post an OBS log file from a five minute or longer stream of the game, with as much quick action as possible in that time.

Step 1> Update

Then downscale your resolution to 1280x720
Set video bitrate in encoding to 2000.

No, but I have a good amount of ram, and 6mb upload speed. It should be fine.

1600x900 is not too bad an aspect ratio actually.
