まず、私は英語があまり得意ではないので、翻訳ツールを使っています。
理解しにくい部分があるかもしれませんが、どうかご容赦ください。

問題は、OBSでストリーミング配信を行う際に、動画全体のフレームレートが約2秒間、周期的に低下してしまうことです。

OBSを再インストールして、ゲームの映像と音声のみを使用して配信した場合でも、この現象は発生します。

もちろん、アンインストール時にはすべての設定やその他のデータを削除します。

問題解決のために試したこと
・管理者として起動する
・エンコーダー設定でビットレートを変更する
・エンコーダー設定でプリセットを変更する
・詳細設定で「ネットワーク最適化」を有効にする
・TCPペーシングを有効にする
・「ビットレートを動的に変更する（ベータ版）」を有効にしました
・サーバーを自分の地域に設定する
・IPファミリーをそれぞれ「IPv4のみ」および「IPv6のみ」に設定してストリーミング配信
・NVIDIAアプリでOBSの電源管理モードの「パフォーマンスを最大化」を有効にしました。

他にもいろいろ試したかもしれないが、覚えている限りではそれくらいだ。

何か問題に気づかれた場合は、お知らせください。
 
Why it drops? What the "Stats" window (from the main menu of OBS) says when it happens? Encoding lag? Rendering lag?

それらのほとんどは0と表示されます。たとえあったとしても、ネットワーク値はせいぜい1桁増加する程度でしょう。

Since checking the areas that might be causing the problem hasn't helped at all, I'm reaching out here for help.
As for the thread posted after this one, I thought it might be a different issue related to using a capture card, so I posted it separately.

NVENC H.264を使用すると、ストリーミングビデオが一時的に途切れる。

NVENC AV1をテストしたところ、症状が変わりました。映像が途切れるのではなく、ストリーミングされた映像が約2秒間完全にフリーズしましたが、音声は正常に流れ続けました。

OBSのプレビュー画面はフリーズせず、ローカル録画でも問題は発生しません。

この問題はランダムなタイミングで発生します。発生時刻に一定の規則性はありません。

I'm experiencing a strange issue with my AVerMedia Live Gamer ULTRA 2.1 that only occurs in OBS Studio.

## System

- OBS Studio 32.2.1 (64-bit)
- Windows 11 Home 26H2
- NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070
- Intel Core Ultra 5 245KF
- MSI Z890-W WIFI (MS-7E34)
- AVerMedia Live Gamer ULTRA 2.1

## Problem

While using the capture card in OBS, the preview randomly becomes choppy for a few seconds, as if the frame rate suddenly drops. After a few seconds, it returns to normal.

The timing is completely random.

  2. Does these drops present in the recorded file when you playing it back on other devices?

1. この問題は複数のプラットフォームでストリーミング配信している場合でも発生するため、他の視聴者にも同じように見えると思います。

2. Switch 2からビデオを出力する際に、この問題はOBSでのみ発生します。Streaming Centerなどのメーカー推奨の録画ソフトウェアでは発生しません。
SteamのゲームはOBS以外ではテストしたことがないので、どうなるかは分かりません。


私はそのスレッドを見ました。

内容は非常に似ていた。
何度も色々なことを試してきたけど、正直うんざりしてきたから、これはちょっとだけ試しただけだけど、
そこのアドバイスに基づいてFPS値の設定を調整したら、直ったかもしれない。

I set it up according to the thread you sent me,
and I tried it a few times with both streaming and recording enabled,
but I didn’t experience any drop in FPS.
It’s possible this is just a fluke, so I can’t say for sure that the issue is fixed, but this was the most helpful information I’ve received so far.
